MANAGEMENT
Ryan Skomorowski, Chief Executive Officer
Ryan is the Chair, CEO, partner and/or a key participant in a number of corporate entities, engaged in finance, securities, property development, construction, the hospitality industry, corporate branding and environmental initiatives. Among the major projects he has spearheaded in recent history is Burnaby Mountain Sports + Medical at Simon Fraser University. He will be opening in 2010 a boutique luxury hotel and fishing resort in Costa Rica, currently under construction. A SFU graduate with majors in history and economics, his early career focused on wealth management for the largest independent brokerage in Canada, a period during which he also acquired, built and successfully sold a software company, his first notable business triumph. During university days, Ryan was a member of five Canadian national champion swim teams.

Paul B. Clough, Director of Business Development
Paul is a Director of CEO Consulting Partners, a private company that is focused upon sustainable power production and providing a select group of companies with management, market strategy, corporate finance and investor relations. He has considerable professional experience on environmental issues and carbon offsets. His "green sector" expertise was recognized in 2008 when he delivered a keynote address to an international conference of independent schools at the University of British Columbia. Paul has been involved with alternative energy projects since 2007. Foremost among these activities has been the promotion of a new engineering breakthrough - the Linear Driver engine - to tap sources of geothermal energy. He has been instrumental in the founding of Kinetic Geothermal Corporation during 2009 to play a lead role in the development of new clean technology for energy producing, low temperature geothermal plants. Paul is also a Director of Century Geothermal Corporation, currently in the process of property acquisitions for conventional geothermal power.

Sveto Zvijerac, Real Estate, Property Issues
Sveto is a specialist in commercial real estate, with expertise and experience in comprehensive relocation assistance/representation, lease renewal negotiation, build-to-suit surveys and consultation, land/investment sales and sale/lease-backs. He joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2003 as an Information and Research Analyst and became a licensed broker in 2004, eventually specializing in the sale and leasing of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and high technology facilities in Metro Vancouver. His major landlord clients included Investors Group, Industrial Alliance Pacific Life Insurance Company and B.U.K. Investments. Sveto is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Gary Bannerman, Strategic Planning, Corporate Communications
Gary is a broadcaster, writer, corporate communications consultant and the author of several books. (www.bannerline.net). His books have focused on history, passenger shipping and, most recently, wasteful spending in the health care industry. He has been a consultant to corporations small and large during the past 20 years, firms engaged in transportation, the hospitality industry, broadcasting, horse racing and property development, as well as government agencies. He is a past director of the British Columbia Ferry Corporation, broadcasting organizations and several non-profits.

Green.Switch The company was created by Ryan Skomorowski and associates to consolidate the evolution of expertise in green technologies, carbon offsets, energy-saving refits and environmental improvement initiatives, from the perspective of property owners and business operations. Each component part of the Green.Switch package is simple to understand and widely available from excellent competitors, but Green.Switch's complex weave of managerial expertise, finance, government incentive methodology, site assessment, acquisition (pricing) of materials, installation, branding (publicity benefits of social responsibility) and long-term management is unprecedented.

Green.Switch can provide services for a fee, but the complete package is based upon investments that will improve a customer's bottom line. No one else offers a facility-owner or manager the turnkey solution that is at the core of Green.Switch's unique package.

Green.Switch was sold to Greenscape Capital Group in November 2009. Ryan Skomorowski continues to direct the company as Chief Executive Officer and his management team, consultants and contractors remain in place.
